Bobby's Wings

Bobby’s wings
12-24 wings
⅔ cup of Bored Sauce

½ cup cold unsalted butter

1 ½ tablespoons white vinegar

¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Heat 3 inches of canola oil in a heavy pot to 375 degrees F
Add half the chicken wing parts to the oil and fry them until they're golden brown and fully cooked, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Repeat with the other half of the wing parts.
Combine Bored Sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a pot or small pan and place over medium heat. Bring to a simmer while stirring with a whisk. As soon as the liquid begins to bubble on the sides of the pot, remove from heat, stir with the whisk, and set aside for use
